About Me

I have been involved in the fitness field for over 20 years, holding positions such as Group Fitness Instructor, Fitness Coach, and Lead Youth Fitness Counselor.

My competition experience includes participating in bodybuilding competitions in the Masters Figure and Bikini Divisions.

I believe that exercise is about more than just physical transformation—it's about creating a sustainable, enjoyable routine that nurtures both the body and the mind. Consistency, not intensity, is key to lasting results. I prioritize making fitness a natural part of my life rather than something to check off a to-do list. By focusing on activities I enjoy, I stay motivated and connected to the process. Whether it’s strength training, aerobics, yoga or running, movement is my way of celebrating my body’s abilities, not punishing it.

I strive for balance—listening to my body and respecting its limits while challenging myself enough to grow. Recovery and rest are just as important as effort; they allow the body to rebuild and come back stronger. I aim to cultivate a mindset where fitness feels like a lifestyle, not a task. My journey isn’t about perfection, but progress and personal growth.

Above all, I exercise for longevity, to feel energized, and to maintain a sense of well-being in all aspects of my life.
